Quick Start

This guide will help you set up Tiketti and receive your first ticket in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • A Tiketti account (sign up at tiketti.app)
  • An email account you want to connect (Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP provider)

Setup Steps

  1. Create your organization

    After signing up, you’ll be prompted to create your first organization. Enter:

    • Organization name (e.g., “Acme Support”)
    • Ticket prefix (e.g., “ACME” → tickets will be ACME-1, ACME-2, etc.)
  2. Connect your email

    Go to Settings → Mailboxes and click Add Mailbox.

    Choose your email provider:

    • Gmail: Click “Connect with Google” and authorize access
    • Outlook/Microsoft 365: Click “Connect with Microsoft” and authorize
    • Other (IMAP): Enter your IMAP server details manually
  3. Send a test email

    Send an email to your connected mailbox from a different email address. Within 2 minutes, it will appear as a new ticket in your inbox.

  4. Reply to your first ticket

    Open the ticket and type a reply. When you send it, the customer receives a normal email response.
