By accessing or using Tiketti ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, team members, and end users.
2. Description of Service
Tiketti is a cloud-based ticketing and support management platform that enables organizations to:
- Receive and manage customer support requests
- Connect email accounts to automatically create tickets
- Track time spent on support activities
- Manage customer contacts and companies
- Collaborate with team members on ticket resolution
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your team members comply with these Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different tiers. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
4.3 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends. We may discontinue free trials at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Collect personal information without consent
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

- Having necessary rights to upload and share Your Data
- Complying with privacy laws when handling personal information
- Maintaining backups of Your Data (though we also maintain backups)

We process Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Tiketti and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
- Suspend service for security or legal reasons
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKETTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiketti from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. You may export Your Data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiketti.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
