How Email-to-Ticket Works

Connecting your email takes just two minutes. For Gmail and Outlook, use secure OAuth - no passwords stored, just click to authorize. For other providers, add your IMAP credentials and you're set. Once connected, every incoming email automatically creates a ticket. The sender becomes a contact, the subject becomes the ticket title, and the full message is preserved.
